Gartner Names AWS a 2021 Magic Quadrant Leader

Last year Gartner introduced a new Magic Quadrant for Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services (CIPS), expanding the scope of their Magic Quadrant for Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to include additional platform as a service (PaaS) capabilities, and extend coverage for areas such as managed database services, serverless computing, and developer tools.

In its recent Magic Quadrant (July 2021), Gartner named AWS a global leader in Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services (CIPS) for 11 consecutive years. In addition, AWS also secures the highest and farthest positions in terms of execution and completeness of vision axes in the 2021 Magic Quadrant for Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services.
